Tickets to seven performances (a minimum of six will be plays)
Theatre tokens to the value of 50 pounds sterling towards the cost of three additional performance opportunities
All transport involved in THE TOUR program as operated by LTI
Limousine transport to and from Heathrow or Gatwick Airport is included

Meal as specified by LTI at the hotel on the day of arrival

Price of THE TOUR
10% discount upon full payment 60 days or more prior to the start of the program.
Personal discounts considered for educator’s organizing parties larger than ten.
1 free tour included when a booking is made for 20 participants or more.

Accommodation
Our prices are per person based on the shared room occupancy of superior double or twin beds. These rooms are available on most tours for single bookings and these usually incur a supplement. Please enquire.

Tour Group Size
THE TOUR operates subject to a minimum and maximum number of bookings for each tour. The maximum sized group is 25. Our company values high quality experiences for each customer therefore group sizes can be as small as 5. Our pricing reflects our detailed attention to you and to the delivery of an insightful and entertaining program.

Travel Arrangements
You choose your flight arrangements and time into London where you are met and then driven to your hotel.

Reservation Policy
All payments must be credited to LTI a full 30 days prior to THE TOUR start date. We regret that bookings are not accepted 30 days or less before a tour starts.

Refunds and Cancellation
LTI holds 100% of customer payments for THE TOUR in a business client trust bank account until THE TOUR purchased is delivered. However a fee will be added to a refund unless a letter of cancellation is received less than 42 days before THE TOUR begins. In the event of THE TOUR being oversubscribed, cancellation will take effect no less than 28 days before the date that your tour begins. You will be issued a full refund on this cancellation date.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
